When you buy a new smart gadget from us, you can book your installation right away. Our system will help find the best time for you, considering the availability of the product and our technicians’ schedules.

When you have your scheduled visit, our trained expert will come on time and be prepared to begin. They will:

  • Install your device: Very carefully and accurately.
  • Set up and adjust: Your device to work at its best.
  • Give you a detailed lesson: Teaching you how to use your new device and discover all its functions.

 

To make sure you stay updated, we’ll send you several reminders ahead of your appointment:

  • A reminder the day before: To help you get ready for your appointment.
  • A message in the morning: To confirm the time of your appointment.
  • A reminder an hour before: To let you know when to expect our technician.

Pay just $20 to get the next available time slot in your location. This is ideal if you can’t wait to use your new gadget or if your schedule is packed.

 

Installation Options

When you buy a product from Protect Smart, our trained experts will bring it straight to your home at the time you’ve scheduled for setting it up. You won’t have to worry about different delivery times or organizing everything.

If you already have the device but need help getting it set up, our technicians are ready to help. They can install things like Security Camera, Doorbell Camera, Thermostat, Door Lock, Smoke & Co Sensor with care and accuracy.

We know that sometimes plans need to be adjusted. Here’s how you can handle changes to your scheduled installation with Protect Smart Automation:

 

Adjusting or Canceling Your Appointment

If you need to make any changes or cancel your service appointment, please contact our helpful customer support team at customersupport@Ingenious@gmail.com.

 

Changing Your Appointment Date

Online: If you’d like to handle it yourself, just sign in to your account. Go to “My Orders,” find the specific service, and click “Reschedule Service.” You can then look at available times and pick a new date and time that suits you.

Phone: If you’d rather talk to someone, we’re here to help! Call customer support at least 12 hours before your scheduled service to change your appointment.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know if you need to cancel or change your appointment at least 12 hours before it starts. This helps us organize our technicians’ time and provide a good service for everyone.

Failed Service Appointment Fee

If you can’t cancel your appointment before our technician gets to your place, or if there’s no adult there when the technician arrives, we might have to charge you a “Failed Service Appointment Fee” of $35. This fee will be taken from the payment details we have on file for you.

We suggest you look over these rules to make sure everything goes smoothly for you and our technicians.

 

Installation Warranty

At Protect Smart, we guarantee the quality of our work. We provide a 60-day guarantee on all our installation services. 

If you find any problems with our workmanship within 60 days of the installation, we will fix it quickly and you won’t have to pay extra. To get this service, you need to tell us about the problem within 60 days and let us check it.

Important to Note:

  • Our guarantee protects against mistakes made during the installation, not problems with the product itself. If you have concerns about the product, you should contact the company that made it.
  • This guarantee cannot be passed to someone else and only covers the person who first bought the product.
  • Using the equipment incorrectly or changing it after installation may make the guarantee no longer valid.
